How It Works

  1. Choose Your Piece: Go to Shop. Select the custom keepsake you’d like created from your flowers. Each piece is handcrafted using your petals only.

  2. Place Your Order: Complete checkout and provide any customization notes to help us create your piece exactly as you envision it.

  3. Send Your Flowers: After checkout, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how and where to mail your flowers. (Please include your full name and order number inside the package. We recommend using tracked shipping.)

  4. We Preserve Your Memories: Once your flowers are received, they are carefully preserved and incorporated into your custom piece. Due to the natural nature of flowers, every creation is beautifully unique.

  5. Creation Time: Custom pieces require time and care. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the date your flowers are received for completion.

  6. Your Keepsake Is Returned: Your finished piece is packaged with care and mailed back to you. You’ll receive tracking information once it ships.
